Abstract

The purpose of this survey is to check the degree to work satisfaction mediates the association between emotional way and institutional commitment. Data from 90 participants (50 male and 40 female) were checked using unit of emotional way, work satisfaction, and institutional commitment. The results of present survey indicated that work satisfaction mediate relationship between emotional way and institutional commitment. Also, the final results of the survey revealed that emotional way has good significant relationship with institutional commitment. Implications for future research are discussed.
