Effect of Dyeing Industry Effluent on The Growth of Vigna Radiata

Abstract

In the current scenario of industrialization and modernization, there is an increased usage of large amount of chemicals and metals for various activities in industry. Dye industry uses various chemicals and metals and the effluent were found to be harmful to soil, aquatic life, plants and the human beings. This study reveals that cultivation of plants, biometric parameters, biochemical parameters, antioxidant and non enzymatic antioxidants higher activates were noted in diluted samples of effluents in the cultivation of Vigna radiata. We can use the diluted effluent for agricultural purpose.
